If you're tired of meal prepping, too busy to cook your own healthy meals or even just looking for new flavors to add to your diet, Simple Eats has you covered! Each weekly Push-exclusive menu highlights healthy and balanced meals that are each under 500 calories. Diet restrictions? Erika Gudgeon

TITLE:
Owner and Trainer

SPECIALTY:
Weight loss, nutrition, toning, and runners

BACKGROUND:
PUSH Owner Erika Gudgeon is one of the leading health and wellness experts in Milwaukee. She opened PUSH in 2004, and has grown PUSH from a boutique space on the East Side to a premiere fitness studio in Milwaukee’s trendy Third Ward neighborhood. As a motivator and role model, Erika has a unique connection with her clients that stems from her own personal journey toward wellness. Before she became a personal trainer, Erika struggled with weight and medical issues. Determined to stay healthy — and committed to reaching her goals — she persevered, and today teaches her clients how to live happy, healthy lives. Erika is an ISSA certified personal trainer and BTF resistance stretch certified.

Royal Ramseur

As a fitness junkie and an ISSA Certified Personal Trainer, Royal Ramseur has a great passion for helping people achieve their fitness goals. Royal studied engineering at UW-Milwaukee before pursuing his dream of helping others achieve their fitness goals.

Travis Schuett is a graduate of Concordia University Wisconsin, where he earned degrees in Athletic Training and Exercise Leadership. Travis takes a therapeutic approach to training, with an emphasis on moving better and developing the correct posture and mechanics to help his client’s achieve their fitness goals.

Jordan Shelton

Trainer and Bootcamp Instructor

SPECIALTY:
Calisthenics, barre, circuit training and HIIT workouts

BACKGROUND:
Jordan Shelton is a personal trainer and bootcamp instructor at PUSH and Empowered Bootcamps & Fitness. With a broad background in athletics, weight training and circuit training, she is passionate about educating others about fitness and nutrition. Jordan's training style is primarily based on achieving client goals and motivating others to push their minds and bodies to their greatest personal potential. Jordan holds a B.S. in Kinesiology from UW-Milwaukee and is a certified NAFC personal trainer and lifestyle consultant.

WHY I TRAIN:
I believe in finding balance through creating healthy habits for ourselves — not restrictions. Respecting and listening to our bodies is key.

April Moua

BACKGROUND:
April is an ACSM-Certified Personal Trainer with a B.A. in psychology and a passion for promoting health and wellness. She has a strong drive to make sure her clients go above and beyond their fitness goals. April makes sure her clients find the enjoyment in working out and making a healthy lifestyle change. She utilizes the most effective ways to reach client success through encouragement and compassion. She makes sure her sessions are fun and educational.

Michelle Swanson

Trainer

HIIT, Flexibility, Strength & Endurance, Speed & Agility, Sports Specific, Nutrition & Weight Loss, Toning

BACKGROUND:
Michelle is a NASM-Certified Personal Trainer and is obtaining her Professional Life Coaching Certification through UW Madison. A lifetime athlete, she has always had a dedication, passion, and drive for health and wellness. Michelle coaches the whole person, from the inside out. Fitness is a lifestyle that reaches beyond putting in the work in the gym. It’s all about finding that life balance that works for YOU. A stickler for proper form through each movement, she educates clients on how to work and move correctly and safely to achieve maximum benefit. She will push you to reach beyond your comfort zone and self-imposed limitations to attain both your short and long-term goals. Her desire for each client is to build upon what is working for you, identify and replace what isn’t, and PUSH you to give your best every time you walk into the studio.

When I show up I bring ENERGY! I want to inspire, excite, motivate and challenge you in every session—physically and mentally.
